Processing times
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, please see individual listings. Items that are ‘ready to ship’ are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times
Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen. We will aim to dispatch all orders by the agreed date, however we cannot accept liability should an item be delayed as a result of the courier after posting. Items will be issued with a tracking number and sent 1st class signed for where possible. Please allow additional time for any orders during busy seasonal periods.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note, we are not responsible for delays or charges due to customs.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, please allow for slight variations to design given that each is made uniquely to order.
Where a bespoke item has been agreed & matches the description, returns are considered on an individual basis. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations
We can accept cancellations prior to an order being started. Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
